Murphy: What an amazing balloon!

with one comment

This is the mysterious balloon that came to visit at Christmas

Hi everyone!

Kelly said it was OK with her if I piped up a bit from time to time. I’m Murphy, a little Maltese with a thing or two to say about certain topics. (By the way, I’m also a character in the mystery that Kelly D. Palmer is writing. If it gets published, I’m certain to become a media darling)

But, hey, what I wanted to mention today is a wonderful experience I had recently that was … also quite mysterious.

One day, I was in the yard with my canine siblings when out of the blue a magical object floated down from the sky. It was white with silver stars on it and it floated just inches from the grass, taking a look at the three of us canines. My big sister barked at it in alarm. My brother ran inside to get a mom. But I was simply enchanted. I picked up its string in my mouth and tugged at it.

Anyway, my mom called it a balloon and said it had to have come from a party of some sort, maybe even a special birthday or a wedding. Maybe so but I’m inclined to think it was a present for me, Murphy.

Cheers!
